Questions I get before the call
I do not have designs yet. Is that a problem?
No. Most clients arrive with an idea and a few references. We brainstorm it on the intro call, then I come back with mockups.
What if the work needs more than three months?
Then we cut it into a smaller first release before signing. I would rather ship something real in ten weeks and plan a phase two than run a project that never ends.
Who owns the code and the designs?
You do, once the project is done: the repository, the accounts and the design files. No hostage situations.
